Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse via trusted and reputed logistics partners. Please refer to the timelines below for estimated delivery after your order is confirmed:

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Order Delivery Timings:
    Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Signature Requirement:
    All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, please ensure a trusted person (family member, colleague, or neighbour) is available to sign. Roselion Ayurvedic Hair Oil is not liable for products signed by someone else on your behalf.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (excluding any trial packs or samples).

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Roselion, we ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.

Exceptions will be made only in the following cases:

Product Damaged or Tampered

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and videos as proof.

Quality Issues

  • For any quality-related complaints, please reach out to our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Roselion is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to neglect, incorrect storage, or misuse.

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only if the product is returned unused, in saleable condition, and in its original packaging.

  • All return/exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the Roselion support team.

  • No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered unless the item qualifies for an exchange due to damage or quality concerns.
